They can only be viewed in the TIKERAMA mobile application, available for free on the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Log in with the email address used during purchase to access them.

For in-person events, show your ticket at the entrance: the QR code will be scanned. For online events, simply click the link provided in your ticket.

Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the event start date, provided no discount code was used. They are also refundable if the event is canceled by the organizer.
