You can pay online via Mobile Money, or bank card. If you prefer to pay in person, visit one of our physical points of sale or contact us by phone or WhatsApp.

After your payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. For security reasons, your tickets are not sent by email and are not accessible on the website. They can only be viewed in the TIKERAMA mobile application, available for free on the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Log in with the email address used during purchase to access them.

For in-person events, show your ticket at the entrance: the QR code will be scanned. For online events, simply click the link provided in your ticket.

Absolutely! Buy tickets for anyone you like and transfer them easily after purchase.

After your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you within a few minutes. For security reasons, your tickets are not sent by email and are not accessible on the website. They are only available in the TIKERAMA mobile application, which can be downloaded for free from the Play Store (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Log in with the email address used during the purchase to access your tickets. If you encounter any issues, please contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email.

Tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the event start date, provided no discount code was used. They are also refundable if the event is canceled by the organizer.
